  • Minimum monthly accounting fee 50 EUR/month

An additional fee for data archiving is added to each monthly invoice: Merit Aktiva - 2 EUR; Merit Palk - 2 EUR.

Basic service includes:

  • Setting up, checking and reflection of accounting documents in program MeritAktiva;
  • Entering banking transactions, one account statement ( the statement can be imported);
  • Depreciation of fixed assets;
  • Financial Statements (statement of Profit or Loss and statement of Financial Position once a
    quarter is free );
  • TSD (social tax and income tax declaration ), KMD (VAT declaration ) preparation and
    submission to the Tax Department;
  • Tax and financial consultation – 0,5 hours per month is free.

Price List for additional bookkeeping services (prices without VAT):

  • Account statement entries in the general ledger from 2 statement is 10 eur (the statement can
    be imported );
  • Loans and leasings – 7 eur contract/month;
  • Account statement entries in the general ledger statement is 19 eur (the statement cannot
    be imported, Paysera, Revolut, etc. );
  • Correction of declarations from previous periods – 12 eur declaration;
  • Warehouse accounting (one article monthly) - monthly by agreement;
  • Compilation of internal accounting rules 50 euros.
  • Preparation of Annual Report from 150 eur;
  • Other contract work, financial consulting – 28 eur/hour.
  • Submission of the report to Statistics Estonia – 28 eur;
  • Preparation of additional reports, for example, for credit institution – 30 eur;
  • Preparation of contracts/agreement – 19 eur/piece;
  • OSS declaration, submission once a quarter - 30 eur/piese.
